Visit bajbaji.vu/register and fill in your Pakistani mobile number or email address, choose a strong password, and agree to the Terms and Conditions. The whole process takes about two minutes. You will receive a verification OTP on your mobile number — enter that code to confirm your account and you are good to go. No lengthy paperwork is required at sign-up, though you may be asked to verify your identity (KYC) before your first PKR withdrawal.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Baj Baji. This is a strict requirement — we are committed to keeping the platform for adults only. If we find that an underage person has created an account, that account will be closed immediately and any balance returned via the original deposit method. Please play responsibly.

No — each person is permitted to hold only one Baj Baji account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a different mobile number, or a family member's name, is against our Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, contact our support team rather than creating a new one.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and look for the Verification or KYC section. You will need to upload a clear photo or scan of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). Verification is typically completed within 24 hours during business days. Once verified, your withdrawal limits increase and processing times are faster. We recommend completing KYC as soon as you register so there are no delays when you want to cash out your PKR winnings.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and an OTP or reset link will be sent to you within a minute. Follow the steps in that message to set a new password. If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or try again. Still stuck? If you want to take a break or permanently close your account, contact our support team via live chat. Before closing, make sure you withdraw any remaining PKR balance to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account. Yes, there are minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds which vary by method. In general, the minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 and the daily maximum for standard accounts is PKR 200,000. Common reasons for a delayed or rejected withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, entering an incorrect account number, or a mismatch between the account holder name on Baj Baji and the receiving account. The minimum single bet on most sports markets is PKR 100. Parlay (accumulator) bets may have different minimum thresholds depending on the number of selections. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — higher-profile matches such as PSL finals or international T20s typically carry higher maximum limits than domestic minor league events. If a Cricket match is abandoned before a result is reached (such as due to rain with no DLS result possible), most match-result bets will be voided and your stake returned as PKR credit to your account balance. Bets on markets that were already settled before the abandonment (such as completed innings totals) remain standing. In-play bets placed after a match starts may be treated differently — check the specific settlement rules for each market in the Betting Rules section.
